We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or another direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

We also collect non-personal data, i.e. data that cannot be directly linked to a particular individual (gender, age, language preference, location). We may also collect data of general nature about how our customers interact with our e-shops and the website. These data are combined and used to provide customers information that is more useful for them, and to learn about which parts of the website, products, and services attract the most interest. In this Privacy Policy, such combined data are regarded as non-personalized data.

We can use any personal data we have collected to display for customers Airoso OÜ product news, campaigns, and upcoming events. Customers who wish to opt-out from our newsletter mailing list, or do not wish to get information about products that might interest them, may unsubscribe from the mailing lists at any time. We also use personal data that we collect to deliver good and to fulfill obligations that we may have assumed towards the customer.

By agreeing with the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy the customer gives Airoso OÜ their consent for automated processing of their data. You may revoke your consent at any time on our website, or by sending us a request in a format reproducible in writing. Such requests and consents do not have a retroactive effect. To ensure better customer service, Airoso OÜ may disclose information about individual users to a third party who provides services to Airoso OÜ and is contractually bound to keeping any shared information confidential. Such a third party may be, for instance, our partner whose duty is to deliver goods sold in our e-Store or provide hire-purchase services. Airoso OÜ stores all personal data of a client until the loyal customer contract terminates. Airoso OÜ stores data that Airoso OÜ must store pursuant to law (e.g., accounting data) in accordance with the provisions of law.

The e-Store takes all precautions (incl. administrative, technical, and physical measures) to protect customers’ personal data. Only authorized persons have access to personal data for making alterations and processing the same. Customers have the right to demand termination of the processing of their data, ask about how their data are used, request that their data be transmitted in a commonly used format either to themselves or to a third party. In order to avoid misuse of customer data and rights, such requests may only be submitted in a format that makes it possible to identify the person submitting that request (signed digitally or personally at the company’s office). We have the right to respond to such requests within 30 days. Any personal data that you provide while visiting and shopping in the Airoso OÜ e-Store are considered confidential information. Payment in the e-Store takes place outside the e-Store via Maksekeskus AS.

Personal data are processed for the purpose of executing a contract concluded with the Customer and for performing legal obligations (such as accounting and the settlement of consumer complaints).

Personal data are delivered to the customer support of the e-shop for the management of purchases and purchase history and for settling any problems that the Customer may have. The name, telephone number, and e-mail address will be forwarded to the transport service provider selected by the customer. In the case of goods delivered by courier, in addition to the contact details, the Customer’s address will also be provided. If the e-Store is accounted for by the service provider, the personal data will be transferred to the service provider for accounting operations. Personal data may be transferred to information technology service providers if this is necessary to ensure the functionality of the online store or data hosting.

Personal data are stored in the Zone Media OÜ servers, which are located on the territory of a member state of the European Union or states of the European Economic Area. Data may be transferred to the countries whose data protection levels have been assessed as adequate by the European Commission and to the companies in the USA who have joined the Privacy Shield framework. Personal data can be accessed by the staff of the e-shop in order to settle technical issues related to the use of the e-shop and to provide customer support. The Seller applies appropriate physical, organizational, and IT security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access and disclosure. Personal data are delivered to the data processors of the e-shop (such as the providers of transport and data hosting services) and processed under contracts concluded between the e-shop and the processors. The processors must ensure appropriate safety measures when processing personal data.

Personal data can be accessed and rectified in the Customer profile of the e-Store. If a purchase, an inquiry is made or feedback given without a Customer’s account (as a guest), personal data can be accessed via customer support.

If personal data are processed according to the Customer’s consent, the Customer has the right to withdraw his/her consent by sending a notification to the customer support email address.

Personal data are erased upon the closure of a Customer account of the e-shop unless the storage of the data is necessary for accounting purposes or for the settlement of consumer disputes. The purchase history of online purchases made without a Customer’s account (as a guest) is stored for three years. In the event of disputes concerning payments and consumer disputes, the personal data are stored until the claim is satisfied or until the end of the limitation period. The personal data required for accounting purposes are stored for seven years.

For the erasure of personal data, customer support must be contacted via email. Requests of erasure are responded to no later than within one month and the period of erasure is specified.

Requests to deliver personal data submitted via email are responded to within one month. The customer support identifies the person and indicates which personal data has to be delivered.

The customer’s email address and phone number are used to address for sending direct marketing messages if the Customer has given a respective consent. If the customer does not wish to receive direct marketing notifications, he/she must select the appropriate reference in the footer of the e-mail or contact customer support. When personal data are processed for the purpose of direct marketing (profiling), the Customer has the right to object at any time both – the initial and further processing of his/her personal data, including profiling related to direct marketing by notifying the customer support thereof via email (the relevant information must be provided clearly and separately from any other information).
